Last week we inaugurated the 2025-2026 academic year at GEMOTT with the first plenary meeting, where we reviewed the objectives achieved last year and defined the milestones for the new year.
An intense year awaits us: we will start with the reading of a doctoral thesis ( Oriol Roig Costa ) and we will continue working on ongoing projects such as ATRAPA, DUT-JiM or MOBIFIFTEEN, while launching new initiatives such as two DUT Partnership projects (HANGOUT and ACTIVATE), a new Horizon project (ATMOPOLIS) and an ECIU project (Y-Move).
This semester, we will also receive visiting students from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina , University of East London , UBA Universidad de Buenos Aires or Technical University of Munich , who will help us broaden our perspectives and continue to weave networks of international collaboration.
