The content published on gemott-uab.cat is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.

This page sets out the general conditions governing access to, use and reuse of the texts, images, graphics, maps, videos, publications, databases, audiovisual elements and other materials available on the GEMOTT website.

Ownership of content

Depending on the particular case, rights in the content of this website may belong to:

  • The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
  • GEMOTT – Mobility, Transport and Territory Studies Group.
  • The authors of the works, publications or materials.
  • Partner organisations or project promoters.
  • Other third parties or organisations that have authorised its publication.

Publication of content on this website does not constitute a transfer of exploitation rights or automatically authorise its reproduction, distribution, adaptation or communication to the public.

Where content includes a specific authorship notice, licence or terms of use, those provisions shall prevail over the general conditions set out on this page.

Permitted uses

Content may be accessed and viewed for personal, academic, teaching or research purposes, provided that it is used lawfully and with due respect for the rights of its owners.
